Step 2: Call and use this quick script
(Calls usually take under 1 minute — staffers are polite and used to this!)

“Hi, my name is [Your Name], and I’m a constituent from [Your City, State].

I’m calling to urge the Senator to oppose any provision in the Senate reconciliation bill that would require the sale or transfer of America’s public lands.

These lands belong to all of us — and it’s our responsibility to honor, protect, and preserve them for future generations.

Selling them off not only threatens ecosystems and access, but it also ignores the significance these lands hold for many Tribal Nations, whose ancestral connections deserve respect and protection.

Please stand up for public lands and vote no on any bill that includes land sales.
